The wine is even and syrupy on the palate.

The initial impression is clean, the finish salty...
a combination of liveliness and long-lasting flavours,
precision and sweetness.
The winter was very
dry followed by a cool, wet spring.
The grapes were
slow to ripen over the summer’s hot days and cool nights.
The harvest lasted
from the 17th of September until the 7th of October.
