Yes, expressive violet
and fresh blackcurrant!
And that deliciously flavourful finish...
Pay close attention to
the citrusy thyme notes
and that touch of bitter orange zest.

The winter was cold
and wet followed by a mild month of April.
Pez was fortunately spared
the storms and hail.
The summer heat made
for drawn-out véraison (colour change)
and the harvest lasted from the 18th
of September to the 9th of October.
